Your Free Make Money Online Guide

This site, when used correctly, can serve as a complete make money online guide. For newbies to internet marketing that don't know where to start, read through this blog. This is a testimony of exactly how I make money online and what you can do to get started today.

Although you'll find a great deal of information and products on how to make thousands of dollars from internet marketing in a short period of time, don't be a fool. It is absolutely possible to make thousands of dollars a month, or even a day, with an internet business - but the same applies for any business. There will be successful people and there will be failures.

You may get lucky and have a wild idea on how to make money fast, but for most people making money online requires consistent effort and takes time to build momentum. It will take discipline, sacrificing your nights and weekends, and a positive attitude.

For those who want to build a sustainable business and want to legitimately produce and income that is automatically generated, you will first have to build those systems. The foundation of those systems is not the product, the website or the strategy. It is your subscribers and website visitors that you can build a relationship with.

The biggest reason people fail at making money online is that they fail to realize that this is a people business. So many newbies are attracted to internet marketing because they don't have to deal with people, when internet marketing is just as much a people business as anything else.

The single best thing you can do to set yourself up for success is to focus on building a business. Don't look for the fastest way to make money. Focus on building relationships first and the money will follow

How to Write a Product Review

When asked what I would do differently if I started my internet marketing business all over again, my answer would be to learn now to write a product review earlier in my career.

Writing product reviews is one of the easiest way to convert website visitors to customers. You know if they type in "product x review" in Google, they are buyers that just wants to confirm that they are making the right purchasing decision. That means you have a hot lead visiting your site. I'd rather take 100 "reviewers" than a 2,000 StumbleUpon visitors any day - hands down.

Learning how to write a product review is low hanging fruit. Not only is there generally a lower number of competing pages, but the quality of the reviews are generally not that great. In fact, chances are the reviewer never actually used the product to begin with, so they are unable to share their experience with the product.

That doesn't mean you can't actually write a review without actually using the product. Real testimonials from you, the reviewer, will produce the best click through rate, but if for some reason you cannot actually test out the product yourself or give an "expert opinion," there's another solution. Interview current customers and get their feedback. By asking other people for their testimonials, you can make conclusions and a recommendation. But, again, the best reviews are those that you actually test yourself and can compare to competing products.

As you write your review, some things to be sure to include are:

  • Your overall reaction to the product
  • How you use the product
  • The pros and cons of the product
  • Any limitations to the product
  • The problems the product solves and additional benefits
  • Keep in mind who your readers are

Try to be the expert whenever possible by reviewing products in an industry you are familiar with. Also, try to have a story telling, conversational tone. By painting a picture and appealing to the emotional side of the reader, you can come across as more persuasive.

This will get you started on writing your product reviews and selling more affiliate products. Once you have the content written, use a review site generating software program like Review Site Dollars to quickly build and publish websites that can pull in massive profits from your expert review.

Affiliate Marketing Strategy - Part I

Right here and right now I'm going to expose my affiliate marketing strategy. By following these steps, I have routinely made six figures just from affiliate products. That does not include additional ad revenue on my sites that also brings in a nice chunk of change, but my affiliate business is the backbone.

First of all, I prefer affiliate marketing over AdSense or any other form of online income because it is reliable. There are too many times Google cracked down on websites and banned AdSense accounts, and you can't rely on advertisers continuing to spend money on your site - especially if one day Google decides to change they way they index sites and everything suddenly goes to shit.

With my affiliate marketing strategy, however, I am in more control of my earnings. If I lose my page ranking or Google bans my AdSense account, I'm safe. Even if all of my affiliate products disappeared, I'm still protected because it is not the products that make me money, it is the system.

Okay, so let's get down to it and take a look at my affiliate marketing strategy:

  1. The first thing I do is find markets or opportunities. While many affiliate marketers recommend staying away from crowded markets, I go where the competition is. I prefer to get my hands in the pot where there are a lot of buyers.
  2. When I think I found something, I test my suspicions by letting the market tell me if I'm right or not. I do this by building min-sites based around keywords and doing some minor traffic building strategies.
  3. If the market bites and I see that this is indeed a market that will buy, I build a brand new site that in my mind will become the dominant site for those keywords.
  4. Once my new website is built, I start my one-way link and traffic strategy to get those keywords ranked. This is the part during my affiliate marketing strategy that I also try to dominate the niche by building Squidoo, Hub Pages and the like.
  5. Now that I have traffic, I make sure I capture those visitors by building a list. This allows me to build a relationship and trust with my visitors, and make more money on the back end. That way if I lose my search engine rankings, I still have my list that I can push affiliate products out to and keep earning money.
That's the bare bone basics of my affiliate marketing strategy. When you break it all down, it is really that simple. I'll get into more detail when I post Part II on a later date.
